Step 2 - Sound out your co-workers:
Without letting Management find out (the company doesn't want to give up any money or power), begin to have conversations with your co-workers about what's wrong with your workplace. The organizing committee will prepare all the workers at your store for what's to come including the anti-union response from Starbucks. Enthusiastic workers may now want to become members of the union . In fact, you can choose to become a member at anytime if you so choose.
Step 4 - Go public:
When you are ready to make your membership in the Union public it's time to start winning your demands!
