Starbucks Union

Id like to see a strong starbucks union in the oceania region! As ive said in another post, there is becoming an australian craze with starbucks, there popping up everywhere.. www.starbucks.com.au just check out the "Now open store list". Also When our store (Starbucks Lavington) opened 2 years ago there has been 73 stores been built and run.
That is pretty good for a country with 20million people! Ive also read the poll about how much you get paid.. It looks as if we are on a higher wage then everyone else.. Ive been with the company for 1 year and $13.10 AUD to USD is 10.1$.. Thats just a barista, but on the other hand our managment staff get paid far less.
