Fraternizing

So hypothetically.. if a store manager & a shift supervisor were hanging out outside of work or even dating.. What would be the consequences? Both fired? Just the store manager? What do you think??

Most likely the SS will be transferred to another store in order to assure they do not receive preferential treatment.

This is not uncommon, though the RSM should know better and transfer the partner before anything started.
