Starbucks Union

I recently applied to starbucks, I just had my first interview, the manager said, a different manager will take a look and call me around next week to see if im qualified for my 2nd interview or not.

I was wondering what the normal hiring process was with starbucks , is it application -> 1st interview -> 2nd interview -> hired?

During the interview I think I've done pretty well except I couldnt answer one question and the manager passed on to another,, but overall it was done very well, at least in my opinion..
