No one's hiring!

I have over a year of Barista experience at a similar coffee company (but definetly not Starbucks) and I really would like to work at Starbucks. But no one is hiring in my area, I've called about 20 different locations and they all said the same thing, "We're not hiring at the moment but we're always accepting applications."

Should I apply anyways? Right now I'm unemployed and I really need a job. Is a barista position worth waiting for?

I would apply and see what happens, I mean what do you have to loose your unemployed at the moment. It does matter how long you wait. One of the twenty locations will call you and if not try another company, but it's best to keep it within your current experience.

But keep calling it works!
