Problematic District Manager

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum and I found a lot of useful information on here so I would like to use this chance to get some opinion from all my fellow bristas. I'm a partner in Ontario Canada and recently in my store one of the partner got fired by the DM and one of the partner from the partner security for being accused of stealing money, however, they did not have solid prove of her stealing money but the decision was based on her having high line void. Every customer loves this partners and so do all of us at the store, we all felt that the decision was unfair and was more like a personal attack and the result of power tripping of our DM. They fire her on the spot, even our SM didn't know what happened when the DM arrived at our store and fire her in the middle of her shift, which of course the result of short labor of the whole day and create a chaos in the store and affect the moral of our team. Even more she didn't not get any compensation of her sudden fire (at least 2 weeks of pay) and we all felt that we should voice out and fire a complain about our DM due to he's lack of management skills and the way he treated all of us in general. He likes to power trip and creates a lot of stress whenever he visit all the store in the district. I would just like to know have anyone in here experienced an incompetent DM? and if so are there anyway or place that i can fire a complain about him and raise the issue? Sorry if my story is too long and I would greatly appreciated anyone's feedback.
