Starbucks Union

The Starbucks by my house is going to have a job fair with on the spot interviews tomorrow from 11am-3 pm (I may go at 1 because I have summer school)...I really wanna be a barista. I am 18 years old but have never had a job (but I've been involved in high school activities and am on our college newspaper), and I'm scared that they will not hire me because of that. Also, I've had interviews in the past and I never got hired or even notified when they said they would notify me. Because of that, I do not believe in myself and am worried that Starbucks won't even bother with me (I have low self-esteem but I can hide it easily).

anyway...what should I expect on the interview?
What kind of questions will they ask me?
Will they not consider me if I have never had a job?

I really want this job...but I am not gonna seem desparate. Thanks for all the help and advice.

Oh and by the way, is fast food in general the easiest place to get a job for 18 year olds who never worked before?
