Starbucks Union

I worked at a Starbucks in New Jersey for over 6 months (starting and ending pay $7.75) and I never got a review or raise like I was supposed to. I think it was because around the 6 month point I told my boss I was moving out of state and asked for a transfer. A few weeks after leaving the NJ store I started working at a Starbucks in the state of Washington (where the minimum wage is $8.07, so I'm getting around that much). Am I still entitled to this raise since I stayed with the company, or did I miss that opportunity? Is it possible that after 6 months at this store I will get a review and the raise I should have gotten would carry over and added to the new raise?
