Starbucks Union

I was terminated after 3 weeks of training at store 10155 by Christine Schrez, the store manger for "struggling and not getting it". She does not provide training besides giving out fat booklets which is not allowed to be taken home for studying. I was informed about the dress code and the strictness of complying to it. Absolutely no tattoos. But how come the manager has a huge tattoo on her left upper arm? It was tough to learn all the menus and marking the cups just by learning from the flash cards and the booklets by myself. Can a partner learn how to use the cash register for the point of sales by the one hour computer training module? Absolutely not! If there was a real training system, besides the self help booklets, I would not be struggling. I was told that the only time starbucks terminates partners is when she/ he makes 3 mistakes on the cash register. What about being clean. I noticed that the training coaches have dirty oily hair and clothes that look unwashed, and does not wear black shoes. The basement of store 10155 is very dirty. I believe I was terminated unjustly by an unprofessional manager who is unfit to represent Starbucks. No wonder, Starbucks is closing 600 stores nation wide.
