i have witnessed personally and indirectly managers' hours and other employees' hours changed to a following week in the computer system in order to not go into overtime.

this is falsifying information! couldn't this be considered the same as simply adding hours where there has been no hours worked?

this is not to bash the employees good will of fitting into the forced regulations of corporate policy in order to snag some coin for this multi-billion dollar company. but employees are reprimanded if they work more so this action must happen.

let's not pay anyone full-time with with the benefits of working time and a half on overtime. is this starbucks' policy?
