no training!!! i was not trained!

although i've been working at starbucks since november of 2007 i was never trained and have repeatedly asked to finish any part of my training.

i have just transfered and it seems although the managers are very apologetic of my situation they show their concern and fear that this has gone unchecked for so long.

this is wrong especially at the low wages that they pay us. please, let me know of any place where i can contact besides starbucks management about this discrepancy!

Wow! I wouldn't totally exclude using starbucks management. The DM is there for a reason. Give him or her a call and leave a message expressing your complaint. You may want to give the name of the manager who hired you.
