Starbucks Union

Hello i had a first interview on Wednesday March 10, it went well so i followed up on Friday march 12 the lady wasn't there so they asked me to call on Monday I did and after a couple of minutes on the phone waiting she offered me a 2nd interview is this a pity interview that i was harassing them 2 much and they just gave it to me to shut up, the 2nd interview is on march 19 thats a lot days to go by i understand starbucks is busy and they are very busy managers im just worried they just go through the motions of an interview just to make me happy but also wondering why would they waste their time with me or why waste my time is this a legit 2nd interview because i heard 2nd interviews are little more serious and they do reference check and then u are eventually hired is this true or a myth i really need a job and cant afford to start from square one again
